Local Rules and Conditions of Play

Hello gang - sheriff Christian here again (Rules & Handicap Committee).

I would like to take the time to remind all of you that all tournaments will be following the RCGA Rules of Golf, with a few minor variations known as Local Rules, posted in the Local Rules section (to the left side of this blog posting).

Please become very familiar with these Rules, as you will be expected not only to follow them, but to help out others who may not be aware of the Local Rules or the official RCGA Rules of golf.

Remember - we didn't make the Rules, we just abide by them.  They have been created to make it fair and equitable for all players, and we want everyone to have a chance to get into the winners' circle this year!

Above all else, have fun - and make sure not to stand too close to any of your fellow members when you're taking your practice swings!
